I know it's not always easy to make it to an in person class, and sometimes an hour is more than you have to spare in your week.

This course gives you videos between 15-20 minutes to build strength, stamina, and take loving movement to honor your body during all four trimesters from the comfort of your own home.

What's Included?

Motherhood meditation for pregnancy and postpartum moms
Meditation

Each month, take time to practice a meditation that is specific to pregnancy and postpartum. If you don't already have a meditation practice established, these guided meditations are a great place to start.

Cat-cow for low back pain during pregnancy and postpartum
Movement

Versus taking a random Youtube video, you can enter this movement practice knowing that you are being guided by a nationally certified perinatal yoga instructor.

Education

Each video I will be not only be guiding you towards feeling more comfortable in your body, I will also take time to explain what's happening in your body and why. You'll end each class feeling more in control of your body and journey.
